Is there a faster way to do backups than using diskettes?

Yes, jump drives are supported for backups and they are about as fast as your hard drive.  Jump drives attach to a USB 2.0 port and are made by companies like Kingston Technology, Lexar and Smart Modular.  Insert a jump drive into a USB 2.0 port before starting The Bottom Line.  It will be recognized by the backup program and included in the list of drives from which you choose.  You should use jump drives with at least 128 MB of storage capacity for backups.

Federal Form 941 and its Schedule B are available on the IRS web site:

http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/formspubs/index.html

When you get to the web site, click the "Form and Instruction number" link. Hold the Ctrl key down and select "010x Form 941 Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return" and "010x Form 941 (Schedule B) Employer's Record of Federal Tax ..." from the list at the bottom of the screen, where "x" is the last digit of the year for which the form is wanted.

Then click the "Review Selected Files" button. Click each form to download it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Each downloaded form can be printed as many times as desired. The forms should be printed without scaling, which is done by setting Page Scaling to "None" in the Page Handling frame of the print screen.

Use the printed downloaded forms, rather than photocopies, to avoid alignment problems.

Adobe Acrobat Reader can be obtained online at:
